Code of Conduct

Our goal is to provide all residents with safe and comfortable accommodations. The following Code of Conduct has been established for the benefit of everyone staying at this facility. They will be always enforced for the comfort and safety for everyone. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints, please address them with your supervisor or contact the Camp Manager directly.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN MARTEN HILLS CAMP

In the event of any incident or emergency:

  • Alert the Camp Manager or Field Manager immediately.
  • Alert the Medic OR first aider immediately in the event of Medical Emergency and tell them the following:
    • What Happened? Where? How many patients? Condition of patients.
  • Follow relevant procedures and guidelines required.
    • If required, evacuate occupants to appropriate Muster areaPARKING LOT and perform a head count.

Priorities in the event of medical incident or emergency:

  1. Protect yourself and others from potential hazards.
    1. Shut down and lock out relevant equipment.
  2. Protect the injured person(s) from further injury and environmental hazards.
  3. DO NOT MOVE injured person(s) unless necessary and it is safe to do so.
  4. Escort the Medic or first aider to the patient.
    1. Orientate the Medic to potential hazards and confirm lock outs etc.
    2. Be prepared to aid as directed.

Off-highway road conditions are highly variable. Off Highway roads are radio controlled.

Parking Lot Information

There is Upper & Lower Parking available.

The Upper Parking Lot is for Work Trucks Only

The Lower Parking Lot is for Personal Vehicles

Big Rigs must park on the road & only to the east of the main gate.

DO NOT leave trucks idling at the back gate fines are in affect.

Room Cleaning and Maintenance Requests

Welcome to Marten Hills Lodge!
Your rooms will be cleaned every second day.
Your Sheets are changes once a week or when necessary.
Any Maintenance Requests can be written on the request Form at the Front Desk.
